Family with children in for a disappointment
The breakfast spread was really excellent! I mean, fresh eggs, smoothies, and even gluten-free options! You rarely see that in these hotels,,, It definitely lifted our spirits. The staff were super friendly, like, really engaging.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but whatever,,, should've been better.

The friendly and helpful staff stood out during the visit. Daily breakfast options were varied. The noise levels between rooms were disruptive was nice. The air conditioning was inconsistent, which resulted in uncomfortable room temperatures.

Well, that was a surprise!
What a good experience! The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially during breakfast where the selection was excellent and varied each day. I appreciated being able to grab complimentary water at night too. The cleanliness of the room stood out!

The staffs are friendly, second, and third floors are clean.
I dont like the fake eggs and there were some ants coming in on the first floor and I had to request to move up to the second or third floor.

The walls are shockingly thin!!! Noise from adjacent rooms is disruptive. Outdated decor feels dingy and unwelcoming. The inconsistent HVAC systems left room temperatures uncomfortable at times. The hot tub needs better maintenance for relaxation!!!
